Flash Actionscript Animator
Naviscent currently works on projects that require web research and/or design (development, usability, design, etc.) expertise. As a thriving, fast paced, consulting firm- we seek talented individuals who can work with clients on new user interfaces for web applications.

Successful candidates will meet most if not all of the following:
• Knowledge of ActionScript and ability to create animated sequences in Flash programmatically
• Create animated UI elements using ActionScript (for example, animated toolbar with mouse-over effects)
• Create reusable UI components using ActionScript (for example, odd-shaped panels with animated slide-in effects)
• Experience with Flex is a big plus
• Design highly interactive browser/Flash based prototypes to test design concepts
• Work with usability researchers to successfully meet project goals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional, good work ethic, and serves as team leader when needed
• 4+ years experience in web/interface design
• Adobe/Macromedia Flash experience
• Proven knowledge of Dreamweaver
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to manage design projects

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, for which a significant number of project(s) can be produced from a virtual office. **Consultants, however, must be available onsite for initial client and project orientation meetings.** We will consider 1099 and corp-to-corp relationships.
