QuickBooks Consultants Flexible hours, work from your home! We are looking for QuickBooks consultants (not bookkeepers) who have experience working with a wide range of clients in the accounting software consulting field. Our assignments do not entail bookkeeping or tax preparation work. We are looking for someone who can think fast on their feet, offer a solution quickly and solve the clients problem by custom setting up QuickBooks or finding out why their books don't balance and balance them. You will also be providing the client with QuickBooks training. You must know accounting and QuickBooks inside and out! Prerequisites: You must have an accounting degree (no exceptions) and have worked with small businesses for a minimum of at least 3 years. We can only contract with degreed accountants! Must be at the EXPERT level for BOTH QuickBooks Pro and Premier 2005, 2006 & 2007 (if you do not have any experience with Premier, please do not send your resume) and know how to perform the following services at the consultants level: Setup and training Clean up and training There is no tax preparation work involved. Installation and Setups (minimum of at least 10 setups with and without inventory) Training (must have experience training in QuickBooks) Cleaning up problem books Consulting You must have a fax and a reliable computer with a high speed Internet connection in a quiet, distraction free area of your residence for remote access work. You must have references and must pass a thorough criminal background check (in and out of state). Pay per hour based on experience.
