Part Time Office Manager http://www.idealist.org/if/idealist/en/SiteIndex/AssetViewer/view?asset=Job&asset-id=234655-34 The manager would help with weekly and monthly financial record-keeping and reporting, as well as with year-end accounting. The latter task would include gathering documents for both the annual tax return and 1099 preparation by the Project's accountants, and verifying W-2s. The manager would also bear responsibility for HR duties and running the Project's various benefits plans. This would include managing the paper-work generated by staffing changes, running payroll, keeping up with all plan and government requirements, especially with retirement plan requirements, and working alone or with the Project's accountants to prepare reports. The position offered is 12-15 hours per week with some telecommuting possible. Additional Qualifications: Experience with Word and Excel are required, and knowledge of Fund EZ is a plus. The candidate must be able to provide support of a responsible and confidential nature.
