1. Study Manager

Directs and/or coordinates clinical research programs designed to support the Company's effort to obtain approved New Drug applications and Abbreviated New Drug Applications for various therapeutic entities. Manages one or more clinical research project teams, which may include internal personnel or external vendors. Responsible for financial and operational performance of assigned projects to ensure that project/program milestones and objectives are met. Supports the development of the project/program scope of work, project costs, timelines, metrics and deliverables.

2. Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator assists consumers as necessary in managing, directing, and controlling the delivery of their own care to the extent possible to achieve independence. Additional duties include assistance in the placement/employment process and referral of the consumer to other appropriate ancillary services. The Service Coordinator prepares narrative and statistical reports. They also process all required forms for permanent records and performs related work as needed.

Assist Member Enrollment Manager in making calls to enroll eligible members into the VillageHealth Disease Management (VH DM) program. Responsibilities include contacting, welcoming, and enrolling potential members into the VH DM program. Ensure validity of documentation entered into the Member Information System Technology (MIST) for all contacts and eligibility information.

Perform file manipulation to format member eligibility files from health plans to load new members into the MIST system. Responsibilities include documentation of files receipt, referral dates, formatting files, and working the VillageHealth IT team to insure timely data loads.
