Primary responsibilities of the Scheduling Manager include:

Because our schedulers work from home, we can recruit from across the country (nice!), but also have to train them remotely (ouch!). Therefore, you'll need to use email, web conferencing, Instant Messaging, the phone and the force of your irresistible personality to attract eager, wide eyed recruits and transform them into blazingly efficient scheduling machines.
