Area Administrative Assistant
Assists with recruitment, provides
orientation training to new hires and
provides executive support to Managing
Partner and assistance to partners, AAA
responsibilities may change in response to
business requirements, at the direction of
the MP and/or Director of Operations.
Duties also include coordination with
Marketing department regarding collateral
and media relations, scheduling and travel
arrangements, meeting and conference call
coordination, and managing the local office
database. The AAA also performs certain
office management duties to include monthly
billing support, review of aging and
accounting reports for accuracy, and
reconciliations as necessary. May also be
asked to assist with other administrative
duties relative to the AAA position and the
Northwest market.

eldercare. Additionally, you are comfortable
working in a fast paced exclusively

rewarded for your hard work. Senior care
industry experience is preferred. Sales
experience is essential.

Legal Document Preparation Specialist
Core Responsibilities:
*Prepares a variety of legal documents
purchased by our retail customers.
*Delivers customer orders (documents) within
established timeframes & deadlines.
*Provides quality customer service by
resolving technical and/or other related
problems
*Answers legal information, procedural
questions, and other related customer
inquiries via e-mail and phone.
*Assists with daily operations by
cross-training on related jobs when needed.
